The UVARD Federation team comprising Mr. P. Madhusudan Reddy (Secretary General), Mr. Suri Siddaiah (Vice Chairman), Mr. K. Rajkumar (CEO), Ms. P. Himabindu (MRP), and four Women NGO Leaders—Mrs. Kalyani, Mrs. Kavitha, Mrs. Rangalakshmi, and Mrs. Dhanalakshmi—participated in the Leadership Development Programme organized by Dhwani Foundation on 29th and 30th October 2025 at Don Bosco Provincial House, Bengaluru. The two-day workshop focused on enhancing leadership skills, governance, and organizational effectiveness for NGO leaders. The sessions were highly interactive, covering themes such as strategic planning, accountability, and sustainability. The programme provided valuable learning and networking opportunities, empowering the UVARD team to strengthen leadership practices and promote effective management across member organizations in Telangana.
